Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at marybeth@mhawisconsin.org if you cannot find an answer to your question.

The Mocktail Bash is one of our most-loved community fundraisers — and this year, we’re bringing it into the daylight with a Sing-a-long Brunch!

Guests will gather for a relaxed, uplifting brunch experience featuring:

  • Non-alcoholic mocktails
  • Brunch favorites
  • A DJ-led singalong experience
  • Laughter, connection, and community

This event is about belonging, joy, and supporting mental health — together.

This year’s Mocktail Bash Singalong Brunch will be held at The Spot on Main located at 226 Main St, Menasha, WI .

While the Mocktail Bash has traditionally been held in May, this year we’re celebrating on April 25th to coincide with Celebrate Neurodiversity Month, highlighting and supporting the work of Unmasked Space. The timing also offers a fun and meaningful kickoff to Mental Health Month, which begins May 1, making it a joyful way to celebrate connection, belonging, and mental wellness.

The Mocktail Bash Singalong Brunch is designed to be fun and welcoming for all ages. While it has an adult-friendly brunch vibe, families and guests of all ages are welcome to attend and enjoy the music, food, and community.

We’ll be serving brunch with a variety of fresh, hearty options, along with tasty mocktails and coffee provided by The Spot on Main. f you have specific dietary needs, please email marybeth@mhawisconsin.org at least two weeks before the event so we can do our best to accommodate you.

We encourage you to wear lime green in recognition of Mental Health Awareness. There will be a prize for the limiest outfit so feel free to get into the spirit as much as you'd like!  Don't have any lime green?  No worries, we will also have lime green Mocktail Bash commemorative t-shirts for sale at the event!  Beyond that, wear something that makes you feel like yourself!

No!  We had quite a few people come on their own last year and we crafted opportunities for connection to each person's individual level of comfort.  The experience will be empowering and fun whether you're on your own or you arrived with others!

Proceeds from the Mocktail Bash support peer-led mental health services through Mental Health America of Wisconsin, including Unmasked Space and Unmasked in the Wild programs for neurodivergent teens and young adults in the Fox Cities, along with other peer services. Each ticket can provide up to one hour of peer support and helps create spaces rooted in connection and belonging. For more details please email marybeth@mhawisconsin.org .

Mental Health America of Wisconsin (MHA-WI) is dedicated to helping all community members achieve wellness by living mentally healthier lives. A core part of this work is creating opportunities for connection, peer support, education, suicide prevention, and suicide survivor support that reduce isolation and strengthen well-being. Locally, MHA-WI supports community-based programs in the Fox Cities that center belonging and mental health, including initiatives for neurodivergent youth and adults, peer support services, suicide prevention efforts, and emerging programs such as Empowering Workplaces, a workplace wellness initiative. MHA-WI also collaborates with local partners, including Ebb & Flow Connections Cooperative and the Center for Suicide Awareness, and offers statewide services such as virtual support groups, counseling options, and peer support resources.
